GROUP COACHING

You may want to have a small group of parents and share the cost and the experience.  Often parents have children the same age and have similar issues.  Perhaps getting the kids to school on time or help setting limits.  This is also an option and you have the other parents as support afterwards.  This can be a specific group of people you know or you can join an on-going support group.  Groups are a minimum of 3 people and the maximum of 7 couples or 15 participants.  Groups can be for as short as a month or on-going support to meet your needs.

  • Date Night Coaching - is a fun way to have a group of friends meet weekly and create a support team.  Lots of FUN!
      • The advantage of having a group of friends is you are creating a support system for each other.
  • Mom's Saturday Support - is an on-going way to have a small group of moms getting answers and strategies to your situation.
      • The advantage is you can focus on situations and solutions in real time, keeping the momentum of success.
  • Create your own Community - Create a community around topics (ex. Tantrums) around ages (ex. Teens) or around specific issues (ex. bedtime, getting out in the morning, etc.)
      • The advantage is you have others dealing with the same issues and you get new ideas can come up with solutions that feel just right for your family

“I’d recommend that all parents meet with Judy- her wisdom and expertise has changed our family dynamic completely. We feel more equipped to handle tantrums, to motivate behavior, and to empathize with our children.”

— Chelsea, Parent

“Judy has the unique ability to Impart wisdom to parents that is both relevant and applicable. Perhaps Judy’s greatest asset, however, is her own parenting journey which has been both poignant and painful.”

— Michelle, Co-Worker

“I came to her seeking guidance as a parent for my three children and took home with me tools that have completely transformed our relationship and family bond in ways I could never have dreamed possible!”

— Harmony, Parent
